My “Why”

Navigating your health journey with Dr. Google, seven-minute physician appointments, and no collaborative support for your gut health is not the care you deserve.

I have watched many patients with gastrointestinal issues get delayed healthcare, been misdiagnosed, or neglected by the current systems in place that define conventional care.

While I advocate for patients to get routine check-ups with their medical doctor, follow screening guidelines and complete lab investigations, this won’t get you beyond the “line of fine” when it comes to your wellness.

I want you to feel your very best and be able to:

• go out to eat at the restaurant you want without fear of the bloating and stomach pain after a delicious meal,

• not feel like you need to map out all of the bathroom locations in order to leave the house for fear of the “runs”,

• feel confident in your ability to exercise and move for your physical and mental well-being,

• making sure you are only taking supplements you actually need that don’t hinder or interact with your pharmaceutical medications,

• feeling like you have the energy to do what you love and be there for the people you care about without sacrificing self.

She is passionate about educating her patients on the connections between physiology and symptoms, and empowering them to feel in control of their health journey.
